Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch mit allem eingerichtet und liegt friedlich am Anfang von Cala Pi. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen und ruhigen Blick auf die Schlucht. Der einmalige Strand ist zu Fuss in 5 Min. erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Ferien in vollen Zügen genossen.

Très bonnes vacances dans cette appartement, très propre, très bien équipé, situé à quelques mètres d'une très jolie crique.avec une vue simplement magnifique Je recommende cette appartement et très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, très réactif et très souple.

Our stay in this apartment delivered on all things important for us to enjoy our stay for a short holiday (early June). The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to support you. He contacted us up front through WhatsApp and was available for later questions. He is easy to talk to in English. The location is gorgeous. The view is spectacular (ignore the fence in the photo, it's less obtrusive when you're there) and the surrounding is very quiet because it's located outside the main village of Cala Pi. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The living space and bedrooms are spacious for a family of 4. The interior is made to feel like a real home. The fridge, stove, dish washer, washing machine and other cooking equipment were good of quality. The beds are firm, not lumpy, and combined with the firm pillows we all slept very well and we were well rested. The bathroom was neat and spacious. Having a breakfast on the balcony is a treat. The only other sounds are the breeze and bird calls most of the time. The sun only lits up the balcony from later in the afternoon (which dries your towels in no time). The very nice beach is about a 5 minute walk away, we went most of the days at least once. (The water there was colder when compared to other beaches, because its' in a bay.) There's parasols and other play stuff at the apartment to borrow for use. The location is a good starting point for activities near Palma or the caves in the east. The first big, cheaper supermarket (Lidl) is 25 minutes away, we shopped there once for a week. The TV is new and has Netflix and Android mobile connection through WiFi. The quality of the internet connection is fast enough for browsing, youtube and said Netflix. All in all an excellent experience and at a much lower price then elsewhere. We would easily advise our friends and family to go here when visiting Mallorca! It felt more like a friends' holiday home.

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement très calme à cette période de l'année, avec une belle vue de la petite terrasse, agréable pour l'apéro le soir ! Mateu a toujours été très réactif et très gentil dans les contacts sms ou WhatApp. Nous avons moins aimé Cala Pi qui ne correspond pas à notre type de tourisme (nature, randonnée).
