The division of the approx. 60sqm can be compared to a small end row house.
The main living room is divided into living / dining and kitchen areas. From here you get to the terrace. A shower room with window is still available on the ground floor.
A convenient staircase leads to the attic. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and another room with 2 single beds, so there is enough space for 2 to 4 people. There is also a cot and high chair.
You live in a quiet residential area in the climatic and Kneipp spa town of Bad Malente in the middle of Holstein Switzerland and the lake district between Plön and Eutin (location of the State Garden Show 2016), only 20 km away from the Baltic Sea between Kiel and Lübeck.
Here spring attracts with its yellow rapeseed fields, the now stable northern German summer with the Karl May games in Bad Segeberg, autumn with its colorful leaves in front of blue lakes or year-round tranquility in hectic times!
The appealing holiday apartment is located on the ground and top floor of a small residential complex, just a few minutes' walk from the Bergen woods recreational forest, the sports center with swimming pool (aqua fitness & jogging) and fitness studio, and the Uwe Seeler football park aka "Beckmanns football school". A parking space directly in front of the house and a ground-level, lockable bike room are available for you.
Other offers: tennis, horse riding, Nordic walking routes are within walking distance. Shopping / bike rental (500m), 5-lake trip (1km), seaside resort (800m), golf (12km).
