About this villa rental
This delightful holiday villa provides ideal accommodation at a very affordable price in a quiet and peaceful area 1.5 Km from the centre of the resort. There are several bars and restaurants, duty free shops, clothing and toy shops along the beach promanade.
The villa is located in the Parque del Rey development, it has been constructed to a very high standard. The high domed ceilings which keep the villa cool on the warmest of days with dark hardwood evident. The owner has extended the villa by adding a separate dining room. very handy to eat indoors when the weather is cooler outside. The lounge is fitted with satellite TV alongside this is WIFI in all rooms. A large selection of books to help pass the time whilst you work on your tan. The open plan kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances. Sleeping accommodation comprises of a double and twin bedrooms, both with plenty of cupboard space. There is pay as you use, coin operated, air conditioning units in both bedrooms. There is a put-you-up for the extra person. The beautifully tiled bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower and additional hand holds.
The lounge leads into the dining room with place settings for 4 persons. There is a child's high chair and cot at the villa. Doors from the dining room/lounge lead on to the south facing terrace and garden which surround the electrically heated swimming pool with an outside shower for use before and after using the pool. The terrace providing ample shade includes a barbeque area for the lazy evenings with ample space outside for loungers and seating. A car park is part of the property with a ramp from gate to villa. This superior villa with ample accommodation in a quiet setting is ideal for the family and at a price which will suit most budgets.

Lovely property that was perfect for us as a family of 4. We know the area well already but were happy with the quiet location yet still being able to walk to facilities in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Rio, check in process could not have been made and easier. Manolo came to greet himself shortly after we checked in. Upon arrival the villa was immaculate, had everything you could need including a safe, first aid box, air conditioning unit, fan, smart TV, washing machine (great 15 minute cycle) and the most beautiful pool! Goodies left in the fridge which were welcomed on arrival. Around 20-25 minute walk to the seafront with a large selection of eateries and shops, sitting on the promenade and looking out to the ocean was just lovely. Taxis to and from the promenade from the villa were around 5 each way.Thank you to Linda, Tony and Manolo!

Villa had everything we needed for our weeks stay and the welcome pack items were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again

Whilst holiday was relaxing, we felt the property very dated. Wouldnt say superior as decribed, more adequate. Pool is not private as described as in front of villa, mattress and pillows dirty and poor condition. However Manolo was outstanding and such a friendly person. Very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, specially with water and toilet issues we experienced during our stay. What a wonderful man (amigo) and his wife and dog Lola were a pleasure to meet.
