new apartment, excellent quality, furnished and equipped with appliances, exterior, very bright, near the beach Arbeyal, with a shopping center a few meters from the building and public swimming pools from which you can enjoy. Also at the door of the building is a bus stop to move around the city and a train station about 150 meters to move around Asturias. It has everything you need to spend a great vacation.

Piso muy comodo, amplio y limpio. Ideal para familias. Facil acceso al centro de Gijon y playa poniente en transporte publico o coche.

Es un alojamiento prácticamente nuevo, bien comunicado y cumple todo lo anunciado. totalmente recomendable.
La anfitriona y su hija son encantadoras y muy serviciales, nos informaron de comunicaciones por bus y cercanías. Gracias, Josefina e hija.

Situación idónea, barrio excelente de infraestructuras, características del apartamento sin engaños, perfectamente equipado y limpio. Y todo muy nuevo.
Y los dueños, perfectos!! Se nos olvidaron llaves dentro y solucionado en un pis pas. Atentos en todo.
Si he de volver a Gijón, no lo dudo, esté es mi alojamiento.
