Casa de Suenos is located close to the art and culture of downtown San Jose del Cabo, where we have many great restaurants, art galleries, shopping and all types of outdoor activities. The Casa de Suenos compound is safe and secure, located on the golf course with amazing views of the San Jose Estuary and Sea of Cortez, it is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Casa de Suenos is truly your “Home away from home” the ideal place for couples, friends, solo adventurers and business travelers.
This property is amazing! Within the Casa de Suenos compound are two Ocean-View Poolside Studio Suites. id 4720345 and id 4617395. Additionally their are two Courtyard Townhouse apartments id 4720319 and id 4439840 All listed on Home Away.
THE POOLSIDE STUDIO SUITE:
The ocean view Poolside Studio Suite, consists of a queen size bed, bar fridge and coffee maker, sitting area, double size sofa bed, coffee table, large travertine and granite bathroom with shower, access to pool with its own individual balcony terrace, and outdoor patio with table and chairs for dining out . Entry to the suite is from the lush tropical courtyard into a common area consisting of a comfortable sectional sofa with ample seating, WIFI, large satellite TV, guest computer system and full equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities available on the same level. This common area is a shared location with the adjoining poolside suite only.
The Common Areas:
There is a central lush tropical courtyard with waterfall and abundant landscaping for either sitting in the shade or soaking up the Sun’s rays. The courtyard also hosts an outside barbecue and preparation area. Guests at Casa de Suenos have access to our beautiful pool with a grotto, hot tub and waterfall, a swim-up and outdoor bar and plenty of lounge chairs to relax on, including a second barbecue area next to the pool. In addition, the rooftop terrace deck and bar with fire pit offers some of the best views of the Sea of Cortez and our lovely area.
Our Location:
The Casa de Suenos compound is perfectly positioned on the Golf Course (formerly the San José Municipal Golf Course). It is a meticulously maintained course integrated into the desert and ocean geography. Casa de Suenos is a short walk to downtown San Jose, the historic town, and walking distance to the beach and hotel row. It is located on a very quite and peaceful street....perfect place for a vacation.
San Jose offers our guests a great low key atmosphere. From its beautiful beaches, to the brilliant green estuary, an experience in San Jose will be one you will cherish forever. On your visit, you can ride horses on the beaches, get lost in an art gallery, or just sun tan in the yearlong sunny weather. San Jose has something for you to do – no matter what you are looking for. Take side trips to the East Cape, scuba or snorkel in Cabo Pulmo, or go to the party town of Cabo San Lucas, just miles away. Regional chefs create delicious seafood dishes by using only the finest organic local ingredients. The town square is home to the cathedral – a reminder of San Jose del Cabo’s vivid history as a mission.

Beautiful modern 8000 sq foot home with multiple renting units. We stayed in one of the bottom suites that share a common living room and kitchen. We got to meet a new couple that we shared the common area with, and they were great! The common area had great TV with Canadian and American networks. The suite itself was very nice with, a walk-in closet and built ins. The bathroom was very big with a double walk-in shower and dual sinks. Our outdoor space had beautiful views of the area, and the pool was very nice to cool down in. I liked that the property had a BBQ to use and cooking in the suite was like at home, everything you needed. The only thing that could be improved upon are the beds. Not terrible but need to be replaced and upgraded to a king. We will definitely be visiting this property again! Also, Lazz was very responsive to our informational needs and the property had great WiFi!

Don was a great host. the property/accomodation was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and will definately come back and would recommend his accomodation to anyone looking to stay in Mexico. Wonderful Host and beautiful property.

. Clean , nice shared kitchen area , friendly owners , outside dining area . Cons. Located on top of hill , tough walking for older folks , pool and hot tub heater didn’t work so too cold to use . T.v. in the bedroom didn't work but the one in the common area did . About a 2 km. walk to get groceries.
