Outside to the rear of the villa is a shaded dining area with table and chairs plus charcoal BBQ area, perfect for dining al fresco , stairs lead up to the main pool there is a large private swimming pool (10 meter x 5 meter) 6 Sun beds to relax and chill around the pool area . shaded Gazebo with dining area next to the pool, WIFI Internet installed , Smart TV plus UK TV with English channels
The villa has Part air conditioning (A powerful air con unit is installed in the lounge area which filters cool air throught to the rest of the villa ) , Bedrooms 1 and 2 have new modern high speed ceiling fans above the 3 beds (new for 2022) bedroom 3 has a portable fans) . local shops, restaurant, bars, supermarket, bank, pharmacy and the beautiful Mil Palmeras beach all within a 10 minute walk

We rented several holiday properties in the past but this one was the best. Sure, the furniture can do with an upgrade but at the same time everything works fine and the washing machine and dish washer looked brand new to us. The house is very well equiped and the location is great. Best of all is the pool, its huge, great view overthe rooftops in the street and just oerfect. Highly recommend this houde for your holiday and big thank you to the hosts for being flexible and allow us to check in early.

The house was fine, unfortunately everything in the kitchen was very dirty. The oven, hob and extractor hood were greasy. We first washed all the crockery that we wanted to use because that didn't look good either.
