About this house rental

Close to swimming, the sea, and more, this pet-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 32-minute drive to Terme di Vulci or the 35-minute drive to Tarquinia Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

After you return to this 323-sq-ft vacation home, you can unwind by the communal pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and outdoor furniture. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchenette, complete with a stovetop and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities. Other amenities include a BBQ grill and bed sheets.

Posto incantevole, immerso nel silenzio della campagna. La casa a disposizione è corredata di tutto l'indispensabile e l'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata davvero squisita. Ottime le colazioni preparate da Maurizia, tutti prodotti fatti in casa...complimenti ancora per tutto! Siamo stati davvero bene!!!!!

6 jours passés trop vite chez nos hôtes Maurizia i Stefano qui sont d'une gentilesse extrême. Leur maison leur ressemble, il fait bon vivre dans cette partie du Latium. La maisonnette pour 2 est pleine de charme et très fonctionnelle. La piscine est immense et parfait pour faire des longeurs, le hamac sous les oliviers invite au repos et la petite terrasse abritée devant la maisonnette est parfaite pour prendre les copieux et excellents petit-déjeuners préparés avec soin par nos hôtes. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir un jour. Amicalement - Grazie mille Maurizia i Stefano per il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso ! Speriamo di tornare in futuro. Saluti. Agnieszka i Nicolas

"Trois jours de repos dans un calme absolu. La gentillesse et la bienveillance de M. et S. sont très appréciables, comme les délicieux petits déjeuners et recettes de pizze e biscotti. Nous avons aimé la douceur du lieu alors que nous étions sur le chemin du retour."

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires - piscine super En ce qui concerne le Logement dommage que la cuisine soit dans la chambre, (odeur pas de possibilité de faire un poisson à la poêle ) mini frigo sans freezer pas possible de conserver des glaces.....équipement un peu succint pas de four, pas de micro onde , pas de cafetière électrique, pas de grille pain.... Pas de volets ni rideaux aux fenêtres .
