The garden behind the house extends to open fields, behind the house is a large, partially covered terrace. The interior is Scandinavian, consistent with the modern architecture. Large picture windows and high ceilings let a lot of light inside. The well-equipped kitchen is combined with the living room, here you have it really cozy when you prepare food. The large bathroom houses a whirlpool that provides you with underwater massage. Here you will spend a nice stay. During a vacation stay in Hejsager you will experience green fields, valleys, forests and fjords. Everything turns towards the Little Belt. The area is family-friendly and has child-friendly beaches with calm waters. In nearby Haderslev you can walk through an old quarter, here dominates a cathedral. Also walk through the Dampark in the center and take a ride on the paddle steamer Helena to Årø, the pearl in the Little Belt. The island has farm stores with goods from the small Danish islands. A visit to the farm Brummers Gaard is a real experience, here you can enjoy a good dinner. On offer are dishes from Galloway cattle, which are bred on the island. The Årø winery is also an option if you like to taste locally produced wine. The ferry from Årøsund to Årø leaves once an hour.
