About this house rental
Casa Laurisol is located in a preferred quiet residential location on a well passable street, with direct access to the garage.
The house is divided into three floors. In the bottom there is the garage, from which you have direct access via a wide staircase into the house.
On the second floor is a large living room with adjoining terrace and garden from which you have a beautiful view of the Atlantic and to Calheta, the fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the top floor are two further bedrooms with two beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
All around the house a beautiful garden is.
Facilities include a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. In addition, a baby bed and a high chair can be provided.
In the house are internet via wifi and satellite TV (German channels) available.
Despite its peaceful location Casa Laurisol is centrally located. From here you have an optimal position for your island exploration. In only a few minutes from one of the many levada walks. In less than half an hour to reach the plateau of Paul da Serra, the mountains with his Urbewuchs, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hiking paradise Rabacal and on the north side of the island of Sao Vicente. The island's capital Funchal is about 25 minutes, the airport in about 45 minutes.
The sandy beach of Calheta can be reached in just 5 minutes. On the waterfront of the small port there are numerous restaurants. A large supermarket (Pingo Doce) is located opposite the hotel Calheta Beach.

Wir waren zu viert in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer.Der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Die Lage bei Calheta ist perfekt. Es gibt einen Strand und eine Promenade mit vielen kleinen leckeren Restaurants. Rilhana ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und außerdem Wanderführerin. Sie hat uns mit allen Informationen versorgt, die man wissen muss. Wenn wir nochmal nach Madeira kommen, dann immer wieder in das Casa Laurisol.

Sowohl das Haus als auch der Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Es ist ruhig gelegen mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist dennoch sehr gut. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts vermissen, und die Vermieterin gibt jederzeit freundliche Tipps zu Ausflügen. Auch die Garage im Untergeschoss mit Fernbedienung fürs Garagentor ist sehr praktisch.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in der Casa Laurisol. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der tolle Meerblick haben uns total zugesagt. Die Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Uns wurde immer geholfen und haben viele tolle Tipps bekommen. Wir werden bestimmt bald wiederkommen.
