Weddings, weekends and family gatherings, group outings, club trips, youth groups, hiking groups, student groups, midweek school trips, and corporate events. During school breaks, enjoy fun and relaxation at reasonable prices. Book American plan, half board, or without meals. The rooms have hot and cold running water—including 3 rooms with showers/toilets. Otherwise, there are showers and restrooms on each floor. A living/dining room and a very well-equipped kitchen provide the best conditions for a successful event. A barbecue hut with a grill, ping-pong table, and more are available. Idyllic hiking and biking trails are within easy reach. A breathtaking panorama of the Werra Valley and the forested hills of the Hessian highlands—a true hidden gem!

Activities: Hiking: Right next to the vacation home, there’s a variety of trails through wooded mountain scenery. Swimming: Swimming at Werratalsee in Eschwege, a beach at Werratalsee in Meinhard-Schwebda, a swimming pool in Eschwege, and thermal baths in Bad Sooden-Allendorf and Heiligenstadt. Water sports (sailing, surfing, rowing) at Werratalsee in Eschwege. Cycling: The Werra Valley Bike Route and the Hercules-Wartburg Bike Trail start just a few minutes away from the house. Horseback riding: Horseback riding is available at a riding school located just 3 kilometers away in Eschwege. Canoe trips on the Werra (with shuttle service): Canoeing and kayaking. Fishing: Many lakes, ponds, and the Werra River invite you to go fishing.
