About this house rental
This wonderfully romantic wooden vacation home gives you the best conditions for a relaxing vacation. A 130-meter long, cozy path leads to a child-friendly sandy beach where you can enjoy the sunset or even, if you're lucky, find a stone age hand axe. The peaceful, private property offers views over open fields. The house includes a beautiful wooden terrace with sun from early to late, as well as a large lawn that invites you to romp and play. The house with high ceilings is characterized by good indoor climate and invites to evening coziness. The house is only 1.5 km from a small marina, where there is always something going on, and in the immediate vicinity of the Mols Bjerge National Park, where many trails invite you to go on excursions by bike or on foot. To Aarhus you need only 45 minutes.

Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in Ordnung. Die Sauna wird als Abstellkammer genutzt und muss zur Benutzung langwierig aus- und dann wieder eingeräumt werden.
Das Haus ist sehr schlecht isoliert und war stark ausgekühlt. Man brauchte Anfang Oktober mindestens 1,5 Säcke Holz pro Tag, um es wenigstens etwas warm im vorderen Teil zu haben. Im. Hinteren Teil braucht man definitiv zusätzlich noch die Elektro-Heizung.
Auf dem Dachboden lebte ein Tier, dass sich nachts durch Kratzgeräusche bemerkbar machte...
