ENJOY VIEWS! Resort Style living in one of the most wonderful world class cities. Coronado! We are located on the Bay overlooking San Diego.
Newly Remodeled Kitchen, plus newly renovated Bathrooms, all finished in Jan 2024. We are located right on San Diego Bay with views of the city and bay. This location is ideal for enjoying Coronado, and all it has to offer, like the bike trail, the bay beach and the ferry. We are just steps away from groceries, shopping and sightseeing at the ferry landing.
Our 3 bed/3 bath town home is the end unit which gives you great privacy, and the feel of a completely detached home. Enjoy our patios, sun deck, or step into the wonderful weather and enjoy a swim in the pool or soak in the hot tub. We feature a two car attached garage which is a big plus and advantage from street parking. Whether you're escaping the heat in summer, or escaping the cold in winter, we offer the comfort of amazing weather, our medium temp is 72f around here. Plenty to do and enjoy in our town.
One recent guest told me how ideal this spot was for his family, and family pet, which he enjoyed talking on walks along the bay. Other guests love escaping the extreme weather in the desert in summer, or the frigid cold on the east coast. Coronado offers near perfect weather in our Coastal Southern California beach area.

The location was great, the property owner was outstanding, he was easy to get along with and made our stay very pleasant, highly recommend this location, close proximity to great food, outstanding views, and peaceful and quite area.

This property is in a wonderful location, easy walking distance to the beach (bay) and the ferry landing shops and restaurants and several parks. We stayed with our 2 year old for several months and very much enjoyed walking around the island and jumping in the pool that is right outside the back door. The owner is very friendly and accommodating!
