House type townhouse with 4 bedrooms (with a double bed and a single bed in each), 2 suites and one bathroom, little house with another suite for those who want more privacy. Air conditioning in all rooms and fans in other environments. Laundry room with washing machine. private barbecue, living room equipped with TV and DVD, full kitchen with 2 refrigerators and freezer. private showers for those arriving from the beach. Balcony with tasty space to rest in the network and beautiful front lawn. Jobs for 5 cars.

Ótima casa, bem arejada e espaçosa, pertinho da praia e bem localizada. Perfeito para passar um fim de semana com a família ou com amigos. Proprietário atencioso desde o começo nas negociações ate na hora de ir embora. Com certeza voltarei numa próxima oportunidade.

Tanto a casa, quanto a proximidade da praia, a agua do mar, a tranquilidade do entorno, e a ótima localização para infinitas atividades, fazem que essa opção seja perfeita. Além disso, os propietários são excelentes pessoas
