Beautiful house. Clean and comfortable. Very roomy. The only issue was that it was a bit remote, a 40 to 60 minute ride to the attractions we were interested in. Otherwise, a great stay!

This was our first trip up to Maine and this place was perfect for our family of 5. It’s close to the mainland section of Acadia and about 50 minutes from Bar Harbor/main section of Acadia. This place has its own private driveway and location which was nice. It’s very easy to drive past the driveway, but look for the red barn doors on the house directly across from the driveway. GPS, for us at least, didn’t get us to the exact location. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us use the house.

Overall experience was ok. Could have been better. Never got to use the grill because there were mice living in it, and the nest filled up the grill to the grate. Other than the grill and mice, it was an ok place to stay.
