From the house you can enjoy a wide panorama covering the sea, the beach, the park, the Spanish tower dating back to 1500, the central square of the seaside resort. The house (built in 2008) has an area of 60 square meters, consists of a large living room-kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a panoramic veranda.

We loved our stay in Santa Lucia, the apartment is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the fantastic La Caletta beach.
There are a number of cafes and restaurants nearby serving great food.
The apartment is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony, the neighbours were really welcoming and friendly too.
We stayed in August so some aircon would have been welcome at night but we survived with a room fan, maybe next time we will stay in a slightly cooler month.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, mitten im kleinen Dorf Santa Lucia direkt am Meer. Wir haben den Ausblick von der Terrasse genossen. Maurizio ist ein sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Vermieter, der uns viele nützliche Informationen gegeben hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Maurizio è gentilissimo e molto professionale. Casa molto ben pulita, ordinata e con tutto il necessario per viverci comodamente, vista compresa! Infatti, come da foto, dà sulla piazzetta del paese da dove si vede la torre ed il mare. Comodo parcheggio, almeno nel nostro periodo di fine agosto. Casa fresca anche se all'ultimo piano. Alla scala a chiocciola ci si abitua facilmente anche con i miei 70 anni! Alla prossima!

Maurizio ci ha accolto nella propria casa dandoci il benvenuto con un graditissimo omaggio. È stato molto attento a darci tutte le informazioni necessarie per la nostra permanenza.
L’abitazione è davvero ben curata, areata e luminosa ed il vero fiore all’occhiello è la presenza del balconcino in cui abbiamo fatto tutti i nostri pasti godendo della vista sulla piazzetta da cui si vede la torre di Santa Lucia e parte del mare dietro. Dall’ abitazione tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, market, ristoranti, mare. Veramente consigliato.
