The detached holiday home stands on a plot of approx. 700 square meters and has a living space of approx. 110 square meters.
It is located in the 5 * holiday park Zeeland-Village in Scharendijke, 5 km from Renesse.
Two sun terraces with tables, chairs, benches and loungers as well as two parasols invite you to relax.
The terrace to the garden is covered (3m x 6m) and thus also allows
when the weather is unstable, staying outdoors and the indispensable
grill on the grill. You determine where the grill is located, so that you are not necessarily grilled depending on the wind direction.
Of course, pillows and pads are also available.
The terraces and the beautiful garden are illuminated.
In front of the house there are two parking spaces and a carport. The entire property is fenced.

Ground floor
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a sauna, a sink and a shower as well as marble tiles on the floor and walls. You will also find a separate toilet with sink. The light-flooded living and dining area is about 40 square meters. It offers a leather seating area with LCD TV Blue-Ray Player and a radio that is equipped with all modern features. The open fireplace and underfloor heating ensure a pleasant climate in every season.

Kitchen completes the picture. The entire facility (furniture, kitchen, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, TV, radio, washing machine etc.) was renewed in 2014 - 2015. Of course you will find two coffee machines filter and pet, kettle, ironing board, iron etc.

Upstairs
On the upper floor there is the second bathroom, also in marble, with a whirlpool tub, sink and toilet.
Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 have dormer windows across the entire width, making the rooms large and bright
are. Of course, these windows have electric shutters.

Since we as garden friends also use our house a lot,

Cities beach and sea
Wherever you go, you'll be back on the water soon after. Everyone knows that the Netherlands is the country of cyclists in Germany. Therefore, you can also experience everything that I am describing here by bike.
Yes, a lot more is possible here by bike, since the network of bike paths covers 100 te of km.
-Schouwen- Duiveland has 65 km of coastline, over 17 km of which are wide to very wide sandy beaches. Our favorite place Zierikzee, which is in the top 10 list of cities with historical architectural sights, is only 12 km away.
With more than 500 monuments, including city gates, museums, the town hall, drawbridges, windmills and entire streets.
-Nieuwerkerk the village with its famous church, it is hexagonal, that occurs only twice in the whole of the Netherlands.
-Brouwershaven is known for its beautiful marina that leads right into the center of the village. The beautiful town hall dates from 1599
-Renesse is probably one of the most famous places in all of Zeeland.
The friendly and dynamic seaside resort is one of the largest seaside resorts in the Netherlands. The many shops and restaurants invite you to stroll, shop and enjoy.
-Burgh-Haamstede is located in the middle of extensive forests and invites you to wonderful hikes. Of course there are wonderful destinations beyond the borders of Schouven-Duiveland.
