About this apartment rental

Caumont sur Durance 12 km from l'isle sur la Sorgue: Small single-family house "Haider". For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, pergola. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool fenced (8 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Jourdans" 130 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The house is located at the bottom of the garden.
1-room house 42 m2. Living/dining room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Heating. Deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Please note: reversible air conditioning. It is possible to join the 2 beds (80 cm each) together.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort! Die Vermieter waren mehr als freundlich und sprachen deutsch, was sehr hilfreich war. Auch die Unterkunft an sich gefiel uns sehr gut. Ich kann einen Urlaub dort nur empfehlen!

Mini entrée, végétation envahissante, cailloux bordures planches gazon synthétique, dalles caoutchouc qui rend les pieds noirs, vieille piscine Cuisine étroite, avec meuble professionnel énorme. Vaisselle et couverts au minimum (2 verres à vin, 2 verres à eau Très mauvais lit Sdb :porte douche montée à l'envers, eau chaude devient froide et la tiède devient bouillante, l'écoulement ne se fait pas, machine mais pas de fer Proprio occupés à 7h autour du gîte comme des abeilles, aucune intimité !
