The villa consists of five self-contained air-conditioned apartments, each are beautifully furnished and finished to an exceptional standard with the full use of a range of excellent facilities which are available to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
All of the apartments overlook the pool area and gardens. Each apartment has a Living room with TV, DVD player & sound system,a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom facilities.
There is a communal washing machine, tumble dryer and gas BBQ.

All apartments also have sofa bed in the living room which will accommodate either one adult or 2 small children.
Just outside of the apartments is a delightful pool terrace with sun loungers, a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi and for your convenience a well-stocked bar with a selection of beverages available for purchase.
Behind the apartments is a children’s play area including basketball, snooker, pool, table tennis, air hockey, football table and trampoline.
The well-kept gardens are replete with mature trees intermixed with ornamental plants and orchards of fig, almond, orange, lemon, lime, pear, plum, peach and olive.
If you crave some pampering during your stay, a wide range of treatments from massage to manicure are offered from a visiting beautician - advanced booking required.
The apartments are located in the stunning Western Algarve, nestled on a hillside between Lagos and Luz.
The region offers a choice of sporting facilities including tennis, golf, horse riding and water sports.
Lagos town is just minutes away; the winding streets offer a variety of shops as well as a wealth of restaurants serving a mixture of cuisine. Lagos has a rich cultural heritage and world famous seafaring tradition. The Marina is within walking distance of the main facilities of the town and one of the finest in the region.
Charming Praia da Luz ‘beach of light’ is just minutes away, well known for its friendly relaxed holiday atmosphere and good facilities. Walk along the promenade and explore the Moorish past of this region, take a break in the seaside restaurants with views of the wonderful Rocha Negra ‘Black rock’

We have rented this location with a group of 8 adults and 7 children (ages ranging from 5 to 16 years old), all of us had a brilliant time:
- joint breakfast every morning near the pool
- nice walks / beach visits
- lots of hours in the heated pool and the even hotter spa
- lots of hours in the game area
- home-cooked (bbq-grill !) dinners near the pool for 3 nights, the other 3 nights in nearby restaurants (10 min drive)
- excellent bedrooms in the 5 apartments, well isolated so that we did not have to stop having fun near the pool when someone wanted to go to sleep
- nice gardens near the house, with some fruits that we could pick for our selves
- very friendly host (Milton) that takes care of all questions at all times
- the kids liked the DVD's that were available and had some nice cinema sessions in one of the apartments when the weather conditions were rainy
The only thing that may be improved is the WiFi connection, which is quite slow and does not cover all apartments (the kids spent most of their online time in apartment 2 ...).
Lots of privacy in a beautiful place!
