About this house rental

45 km east of Mikkeli, Lake Saimaa / Siikavesi 25 m, hard gently sloping sandy bottom, pier and rowing boat.

Wooden cottage 2002, renovated in 2013, kitchen-living room, alcove with double bed (140 cm bed, slide door), shower and toilet, a glazed veranda (10 m²). Upstairs is a bedroom (10 m² full-height space) with 2 beds, a toilet and a balcony.

Separate sauna 2013 (28 m²), sauna (wood stove), washroom with shower and toilet, living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a glazed veranda, partly glazed terrace.

Woodshed, outside toilet, cellar, boat house. Garage occupied by the owner.

Wifi internet connection available for extra price 20 e.
