Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und sauber. Sie liegt sehr ruhig am Rand von Kottmarsdorf. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der Wohnbereich und das Schlafzimmer sind sehr großzügig. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein. Man kann auch die Terrasse nutzen. Eine kleine Markthalle mit Imbiss und ein Bäcker sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland) findet man in Löbau und Neugersdorf. Mit dem Auto kein Problem. Es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Empfehlenswert: Obercunnersdorf mit seinen Umgebindehäusern und dem schönen Freibad.
