About this apartment rental
Lovely sunny ground floor apartment with 1 bedroom (with queen bed) and open plan living area (with sleeper couch and single bed) opening onto a garden and pool area.
3 beds in total sleeps 5 max.
Other options include floor mattresses, small caravan with space for 2 (parked with cars, 15 m from apartment).
Big groups not ideal but only if desperate!
1 shower, 1 toilet.
Own kitchenette. 2 plate cooker and microwave. No oven.
Basic breakfast provisions provided (fruit, cereal, bread, tea, coffee, milk, spreads).
Garden and pool shared with owner. Own seating and bbq area.
Large supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within 1- 5km distance.
Location is very central to CBD (5km) and beach (12km) - you can even cycle there if you want! We have bicycles you can use.
Bus stop 10 min walk away every half hour. We will help with transport if available.
** Visitors by arrangement only.
** No smoking inside at all and not within 2 metres of any windows or doors.
** Note POOL with fence and some steep areas beyond pool may not be suitable for toddlers. Please ask if in doubt. You are responsible for looking after your children.

Exceeded our expectations with a welcoming home that had food supplied for us which was really useful for us!! The owners also helped us get to and from a venue as it was quite hard tasked and without then we simply would not have had such a cool time up in Tauranga ! 100% Reccomend!!

Clare was the perfect host! Their home was the perfect spot for our family to chill and it the space was very private with perfect outlook to gardens and pool. Very well equipped with clean towels on request, everything is here for you and really just feels like home away from home. Thank you so much Clare and family.
