Sports shop/ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Bon logement / spacieux et finalement avec 6 couchages. Par contre, rien sur place : au delà de la situation sanitaire, il n'y a vraiment pas de quoi faire de courses alimentaires à Siviez. Prévoir du stock ou aller au resto ou prendre sa voiture. Qualité prix au RDV mais parce que grosse promo en période sanitaire

Die Wohnung ist sehr alt und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Etwas Gemütlichkeit wäre einfach zu machen mit anderem Licht, ein Teppich und neuem Sofa. Sonst ist die Wohnung gut, mit bis zu 4 Betten im Schlafzimmer. Matratzen waren alle sehr gut. Genügend Geschirr ist auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt.

le four mixte est trop compliqué a utiliser un four micro onde simple serait suffisant le canapé lit (Ikea) n'est pas confortable et n'est pas en adéquation avec le standing du logement c'est le seul mauvais point du logement
