About this house rental
The holiday home Seerosenweg is located in beautiful East Frisia in Bedekaspeler Marsch (municipality of Südbrookmerland) between Emden and Aurich, approx. 25 km from the coast (Norddeich). It lies 100 m from the canal between the "Great Sea" and the "Loppersumer Sea".
The house is at ground level, is quiet in a cul-de-sac, is about 50 square meters and large. designed for up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults, 2 children) - more people if necessary on request.

- 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed)
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- gas heating
- Washing machine
- dishwasher
- Stove with ceramic hob and oven
- Devices such as toasters, coffee makers, kettles and microwaves
- WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
- flat screen (satellite TV)
- small winter garden

- Jetty with boat and rentable motor is 100 m away
The price for a week including all additional costs such as bed linen, electricity, gas, water, WiFi, final cleaning and boat (without motor) is 415 euros, for two weeks 800 euros.
Dogs or shorter periods are possible on request. The property is completely fenced.
Also ideal for fitters, as it is close to the VW plant and Enercon. Price from 20.00 EUR per person / night.

Ein erholsamer Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus mit einem netten Gastgeber der wenn man was braucht sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.
Das Ferienhaus ist zwar schon etwas betagt aber es ist super sauber und es hat wirklich alles was man so im Urlaub benötigt, hervorragend gegen Mücken durch pefekte Fliegengitter geschützt, einen ruhigen Garten mit Blumen und Gartenmöbeln wo man wunderbar sitzen kann,um zu grillen und sich zu erholen.
Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen, es war für uns und unsrere kleine Katze perfekt und möchten auf diesem Wege der Familie Frei danken für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und hoffen das es ein neues Wiedersehen gibt.

Nettes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr schön ruhig. Für Urlaub mit Hund bestens geeignet. Schöne Gegend. Man sollte ein Fahrrad mitnehmen.

Es könnte etwas in in die Ausstattung investiert werden. Alles Erwartung die Jahre gekommen. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut man kann viel unternehmen. Der eingezäunte Garten war optimal für unseren Hund.
