One of the best locations to stay at. This place was like being at home with all the amenities available to you there. Could get a stronger air con unit. It was rather small for such a large space. The only real issue is parking if you arrive after 9 pm. It gets full rather early but other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay there very much.

The location was great and the room layout and amenities were good. David was quick to respond when we called our messaged him with concerns or needs. With that said, there were numerous concerns on our 9 day stay. First, we dealt with roaches for the duration of the stay. David was responsive and had the room treated on the second day, but we continued to kill roaches all throughout the stay, even on our last day. From a cleanliness standpoint, this place needs a thorough scrubbing. The cabinets were discolored from dirt and grime, and crumbs were found in numerous cabinets and drawers. There was dirt build up on the trim and on the floor around the trim and doors. The sliding door only opened about a third of the way, which made it difficult for us. The owner tried to fix it, but the improvement was short lived. There was drywall and paint peeling on the shower ceiling. At night, the lighting was dim, which made it hard to see. As a whole, we loved the short walk to the beach, but we would not stay again.
