About this house rental
Relax at the Thülsfelder dam near the beach. The house is ready to move in since March 2016, high quality and modern equipped.
Location:
The house is located directly on the Thülsfelder dam in a newly built cottage area Katzenstein (Navi "Im Katzenberg"). The main beach is only 150 meters away. Access is via the B72, exit Thülsfelder Talsperre Mitte.
Room facilities:
Cottage with 6 beds
The open living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchen (fridge with separate freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other daily needed items). The dining area seats 6 people.
In the living area we offer a comfortable sofa and a TV.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. In addition, all the windows in the bedrooms have shutters. As a visual protection, there are plissees throughout the house.

The house is a non smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne ruhige Tage. Es war alles wunderbar und wir kommen gerne wieder! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und wenn etwas fehlt kümmert sich dir Vermieterin sehr schnell darum.

Hallo, das Haus ist super, Einrichtung stimmig, Küche perfekt eingerichtet, Terrasse mit Möbeln, prima, um sich kurz zu erholen.

Das Haus ist toll. Einrichtung top, in der Küche alle Geräte vorhanden.
Die Lage ist eher solala.
Das Haus steht in einem Mischgebiet, d.h. einige Privat, einige Häuser für Feriengäste.
In dem ganzen Wohngebiet fehlt der Scharm, alles sieht genauso aus. Nachbarn sind extrem nah dran.
In der näheren Umgebung ist nix los, sei es der Campingplatz oder ähnliches. Man ist gezwungen immer zu fahren.
unserer Meinung nach, ein tolles Haus (liebevoll eingerichtet), was aber am falschen Fleck steht.
Wir würden nicht nochmal in das Gebiet fahren.
