This apartment is located in a house near the town of Nin, known for its beautiful sandy beaches and shallow waters. Ideal for families with children.
The 50m2 apartment on the first floor of the house can accommodate 4-5 people. The living area is divided into a living room with dining room and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for another person. From the living room you can reach a spacious 25m2 terrace with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the area. The terrace of another apartment is 12m2 and furnished.
Air conditioning, internet access, satellite TV are available and free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided to our guests.
Attractive excursions are nearby, such as b. Plitvice Lakes, Krka Waterfalls, Zadar (15km). The center of Nin is a 10-minute walk away and there are good shopping opportunities nearby.

Vielen Dank für die herrliche Herbstwoche und der herzlichen Betreuung. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist modern und gepflegt. Wir als Familie mit zwei Kindern empfehlen Sanjas Appartment gerne weiter.

Great area for holidays with children - a few sandy beaches with shallow waters, closest one only 5min by foot. Nice apartment, carefully decorated and spotless clean. We had a beautiful large terrace. All basic equipment is available, there is a decent amount of dishes and kitchen ustensiles. It wasn’t easy to use the small electric stove at the beginning, but Sanja was very helpful and eventually we’ve managed to cook with it. Sanja is a welcoming host who is always around. She also
treated us with some local wines and sweets. Thank you, Sanja!

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, sowohl die schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, der großen Terrasse als auch durch die liebevoll herzliche Betreuung durch Frau Sanjicki. Sie ist eine Wirtin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste Herzensangelegenheit ist und sie mit eigenem Wein, Früchten aus ihrem Garten und Gebackenen immer wieder verwöhnt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Lagune der ruhigere Teil des Sandstrandes. Sucht man Cafes, Liegen usw., kann man diese 10 min weiter finden.
Für uns aber, war der Ort genau richtig.

The accommodation appears modernized, high quality and clean in the pictures. In reality, the condition is much worse and the beds in particular are very worn.
A beach is actually quickly accessible but the beautiful main beach is ~800m away, so the proximity to the beach is only given with restrictions.
The owner is nice.
