Spectacular new 100m2 penthouse and 80m2 terrace, in the center of Sanxenxo 70m from the beach, overlooking the marina and the estuary. It is a 5-minute walk from the marina and leisure areas. You will enjoy all the advantages of a stay in the heart of Sanxenxo, you can walk to the beaches, the best restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and fashion stores. Area with a great variety of restaurants, furanxos and tapas areas.
The apartment is located 60m from Carabuxeira beach, 300m from Panadeira beach and 500m from Silgar beach.
The apartment has two large rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two beds. If desired, we have an extra bed for a child.
Fully equipped apartment: iron, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespreso coffee machine, towels, sheets, dishes. The apartment has everything you need to make you feel at home.
Guests will have private parking. The apartment offers all bedding and towels for guests.
All bedrooms and living room have access to the terrace. The terrace is fully equipped with a dining area, armchairs and sun loungers to enjoy the magnificent views.
The apartment has a garage space in the same building.

July and August arrivals and departures are made on Saturdays, with a minimum stay of one week.

The wrap around terrace ensures sun all day and great views, it makes this penthouse apartment a pleasure to spend time in. It is stylishly furnished and well equipped and has a big screen TV , having a garage was a bonus. Contact with Paula was good and the charming Ana met us at the apartment . Sanxenxo has some of the best beaches you will find anywhere and a good variety of shops and restaurants. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you Paula . John

The apartment is really very nice, proper, well equipped, we loved it, particularly the spectacular rooftop with a view to the sea, in the center of Sanxenxo, even with a parking lot in the building. The only thing we really missed was Wifi, particularly our grown-up children. An apartment if that standard should definitively have that. There was Wifi in the past, but it caused complaints as it was not working properly, therefore the proprietor decided to disconnect it, but the plan seems to be to fix it over winter time.
