Residence "Les Landaises". In the resort 400 m from the centre of Mimizan-Plage, 450 m from the sea, 450 m from the beach. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Supermarket, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Labouheyre" 30 km, sandy beach 450 m, park "Landes Aventure" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, surf school 700 m, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Bassin Arcachon 70 km, Biscarrosse 40 km, Casino Mimizan- Plage, Centre Nautique 7 km. Hiking paths: Parc naturel régional des Landes.
3-room terraced house 39 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Rustic furnishings: small living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Kitchenette (2 hot plates, oven, microwave). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 150 cm with 1 french bed (140 cm). Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Small but cozy, perfect for couples but maybe not with small children (steep stairs). Lung and quiet area, no noise from neighbors. A little loud penguin (cooling system) that created good room temperature. Perfect location, close to the center, beach and supermarket. Good parking.

Bien situé pour aller à l’océan et dans la rue piétonne à pied. En couple + 2 ados. On a apprécié les 2 chambres fermées. Lits superposés en bas et lit double en haut. La maisonnette mériterait une rénovation globale. C’est vieillot, l échelle de meunier n’est pas adapté aux jeunes enfants. Le meuble en hauteur en bas des escaliers est dangereux et mal placé, il devrait être enlevé (on s’est blessé à la tête). La petite terrasse a permis de mettre les 4 vélos. Pour 1 semaine c’est bien.
