Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

DIe Wohnung ist eher klein, hat Klappbetten aber ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht und das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist sauber und schön.

Sehr gut gefallen haben mir die liebevoll renovierte Küche und das Bad. Geschmackvoll, sauber und praktisch. Sehr geschätzt habe ich den Relaxsessel fürs Lesen und TV. Stilvoll fand ich die durchgehenden Muster beim Küchenschrank, Ess- und Klubtisch. Einzig das Kuhfell am Boden würde ich durch einen Teppich ersetzen.
