About this house rental
The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing.

Gornje Tucepi. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Please note that the pool, flowers, and grass are maintained daily by the landlord and that he uses the rooms on the first floor when he arrives. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Assembly pool is cleaned daily by the landlord.

Die Lage ist super, der Ausblick perfekt, der Vermieter sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus sauber und ordentlich.

schönes haus mit wunderbarem blick auf die adria.
hatten es aber mit dem merkmal ´vermieter wohnt nicht im haus oder auf dem Grundstück`gebucht.
trotzdem war des sehr kommunikative vermieter jeden tag vor ort.
ca 2 stunden täglich, immer in der zeit zwischen 16. 00-19. 00, oder sogar länger. mit der Begründung das er seinen garten pflegen müsse.
wenn uns es stört, sollten wir doch später nach
