About this house rental
This 1800's historic home is surrounded by history. It has been renovated and maintained the charm and character. It is located in the heart of Moosehead Area in a town called Greenville Junction - one block from the lake.
This home may be rented a variety of ways depending on the size you need may be combined any way you need,
WHOLE HOUSE : $325.
UNIT 1: 4 BR/2BA: 4 QUEEN $145
UNIT 2: 1 BEDROOM QUEEN,OPEN LOFT 2 FULL 2 TWIN , OPEN SPACES.SOFA BED, 2 TWINS $135
UNIT 3 :KING SIZE MURPHY BED $99
although I have a strict cancellation you do not get cash back but you do not lose your time and can rebook within a year at no additional cost if its the same unit
You may apply whatever cost you paid towards any of my properties listed here
whether its Florida or Maine.
I do allow domestic pets, dogs and cats only . Pet fee is $50. Pet must be on flea and tick preventive meds . They must be washed and brushed . Please pick up any gifts your pets may leave and brush up lose hair before leaving . not allowed on the furniture .
Enjoy all types of outdoor recreation, from canoeing and camping to snowmobiling and skiing. Sking resort is only 10 minutes away. Snowmobile & ATV ACCESS trails out the door. Truly an outdoorsman's paradise, Katahdin / Moosehead is home to some of the best hunting and fishing in the east.

We had a wonderful time. House was great for our big party. Plenty of room, easy location from town. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the house!! It was wonderful because we had all the units so we could send time away or get together to have some fun. The house comes with everything you will need for a get away!!
When we needed something and needed to call Denise she answered and took care of it with in seconds for us!!
Thank you for making this a great trip!!
