Comfortable and practically furnished semi-detached house in a quiet rural location, in a district of the Spreewald town of Lübbenau.
The large kitchen with dining area has a small bar and pass-through to the living area.The object is additionally heated by a room-spanning Berlin stove (tiled stove). In the upper floor are roof slopes. Groß Beuchow is a district of Lübbenau/Spreewald on the edge of the Niederlausitz Nature Park.
The Spreewald offers many leisure activities such as: Cycling, hiking, paddling or boat trips. In the surrounding area, various museum villages can be visited. These offer you a glimpse into the past. You can also swim with penguins in the Spreewelten Lübbenau, a highly recommended bathing world with thermal brine bath and 14 themed saunas is unique in Germany. Good starting point to make day trips to Cottbus, the Senftenberg lake district or Tropical Island.

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und ca. 10 Autominuten von der Altstadt entfernt gelegen. Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ortsteil sind meines Wissens nach keine vorhanden.
Insgesamt ist das Haus gut. Im Wesentlichen sind zwei Negativpunkte zu nennen: Die beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer sind nicht sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und - wichtiger noch - könnte das Haus mal einen Handwerker vertragen, da mehrere Schrankböden tw. herausgebrochen waren und die Wohnungstür kaum zu schließen ist. Würde man einen Handwerker mal einen halben Tag die kleinen Mängel beseitigen lassen, wären 5 Sterne drin :-)
Sehr positiv ist der große Eingangsbereich mit Tisch und Sitzbänken zu nennen - perfekt für abendliche Spielrunden mit mehreren Leuten.
