The Ferienwohnung am Stemberg is located on the first floor of a two-family home in idyllic Berlebeck. A separate entrance leads to the 60 m² non-smoking apartment, which was completely renovated and redecorated in 2017. The 45 m² living room/bedroom features hardwood floors, a wood-burning stove, and access to the balcony.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is located in a separate room. 2-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and radio. The cozy dining area by the window is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun.

Living Room / Bedroom:
In the bright and sunny living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa bed with pillows, an armchair, a 40-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix, a stereo, a beautiful antique desk, and a dresser. On cold days, you can relax in front of the stove and unwind. The living room opens onto the balcony.
A room divider separates the sleeping area from the living room. In the sleeping area, you’ll find a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a closet, nightstands with lamps, a chair, and a large mirror.

Bathroom:
The bathroom, which receives natural light, includes a toilet, a shower with a glass partition, a sink with vanity cabinet, a mirror, a magnifying mirror, a radiator with a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
