This is a fantastice house with one of the best views in Mallorca. The owners have thought of everything. It was very clean, had great air conditioning, great sun beds, and a super kitchen for meals. The quality of the furnishings was of a very high standard. It is an easy 20 minute walk to Cala Ratjada which is a tourist resort with many bars and restaurants. We walked in some nights had dinner and took an 8 Euro taxi home. This is definitely a five star home. We will remember those views for a long time. In fact we are looking to book agaion for next year!

We had an amazing, week-long stay at this villa and highly recommend it! The house (both interior and exterior) and the views were incredible and communication with both the hosts and the property manager was seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

We spent a week in this beautiful house, which is in a truly stunning location. It is well-equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Both the owner and the local caretaker were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. However, there was one very significant issue that seriously affected our stay. The property has no mobile phone reception at all, and the advertised Wi-Fi was extremely slow and unreliable—effectively unusable most of the time. Several members of our group needed a stable internet connection to work remotely and stay connected, but this was simply not possible.I contacted the owner several times during our stay, but unfortunately the problem was never resolved. If reliable internet access is important to you, I strongly recommend asking the owner to confirm that the Wi-Fi has been properly fixed before booking. Apart from this issue, the house itself is excellent, but the lack of a usable internet connection was a major disappointment.
