About this villa rental
This property enjoys a spectacular seafront location, while offering luxury at a high level. This newly built house perched above Cala Ratjada, offering a truly spectacular view of the immediately preceding sea to Menorca. Forget your everyday life here and let yourself be carried by the ease and tranquility of this property.
On the ground floor is a spacious living-dining area with huge panoramic windows. In the colder months, a fireplace for cozy hours makes. The living room adjoins the open, very generous, fully equipped modern kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired.
Outside, on this level, there is the large infinity pool with views of Menorca, which can be heated in the colder months by arrangement and extra charge (30 € / day). The huge terraces and covered dining area invite you to linger. You can find comfortable seating in sufficient numbers, and eight comfortable sun loungers. If necessary, an umbrella provides shade.
On the terrace a big Genesis Weber grill is there, where you can cook your own meals at any time with a fantastic view of the sea and in the evening sky.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom. A fifth room is a small living, working, playing or bedroom (additional 2-4 sleeping arrangements in the form of pull-out sofas) are used. All bedrooms have double beds with a width of min. 1.80 m. The bedrooms some with terraces from which the pool is accessed via stairs outdoors.
In the modern equipped bathrooms is spacious shower rooms, one of which is additionally equipped with a bathtub.
From the first floor you reach the roof terrace which offers a fantastic 360 degree views. Here you can in the hot tub or just relax on the comfortable lounge furniture and be enchanted by the unique view.
The house is fully air conditioned and has a heated floor, so that it is open all year for rent.
In the living room, the kitchen and each bedroom has a television in front with all major German TV stations.
The house is fully built and has a large garage for min. 4 cars.
Young and old children will find a table tennis table and a football table here.

We had an amazing, week-long stay at this villa and highly recommend it! The house (both interior and exterior) and the views were incredible and communication with both the hosts and the property manager was seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

We have had an all round excellent experience with the HomeAway website and when engaging with Sven and his team. Then there is the house and to put it simply the pictures don’t do it justice - it’s phenomenal. From a family perspective it’s well equipped particularly in and around the kitchen. The table football and table tennis were big hits as was the pool. I can’t speak highly enough of this property (the house detail covers everything that it has with it) - my only regret was dawdling at that start and not immediately booking subsequently missing the opportunity to stay for two weeks. You will see from the availability info this place is super popular and rightly so. We were two families with 5 ‘kids’ age range between 13 and 17 and believe me the house was a big hit for this group of teenagers :-)
