About this house rental
Hamlet surrounded by the countryside with 4 detached houses. In little square you can see 2 houses (I lecci, La Pieve), La Torre and La Corte are in another building separated from the rest by a central courtyard to esclusive use of « La Corte » (I5269.951.5). The furnishings and equipment are well-kept to ensure maximum comfort. Very child friendly, cosy holiday development "Borgo", surrounded by vineyards. 6 houses in the residence. 8 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 32 km from the centre of Firenze, 55 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 80 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 01.Oct.). Barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: internet access, WiFi, central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, tennis 9 km, riding stable 9 km. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön inmitten eines Weinanbaugebietes auf ca. 500m Höhe. Dadurch kühlt es sich nachts angenehm ab. Die Anlage aus insgesamt 6 Häusern ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Für Besorgungen benötigt man in jedem Fall ein Auto.

Die Begrüssung am Ankunftstag war sehr herzlich, wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern ist auch genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Besuch in der Toskana, ruhig gelegen, in einem Tal, das relativ wenig Touristen hat und trotzdem zentral gelegen.

Die Anlage war insgesamt sehr schön. Zwar ist das Haus etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil etwas dunkel, dafür aber sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Anlage ist toll, insbesondere natürlich die Poolanlage.
Die Dame, die uns vor Ort unterstütze (nicht die Vermieterin), war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Höchst ärgerlich ist allerdings, dass sich der Preis nach dem Bezahlen des Mietpreises noch einmal dramatisch erhöhte. War für eine Woche Aufenthalt in den Pfingstferien eine vernünftige Summe an Kaltmiete zu zahlen, kam durch Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Kurtaxe noch ein beträchtlicher Betrag dazu (1/4 des Gesamtpreises). Das wäre unproblematisch, wenn man VOR der Buchung über FE-WO Direkt darauf hingewiesen wird. Danach ist es sehr ärgerlich, weswegen ich diese Unterkunft nur dann empfehlen kann, wenn Extrapreise in Zukunft in der Wohnungsbeschreibung genannt werden. Außerdem war die Spülmaschine in unserem Haus kaputt, und wurde auch nicht repariert, obwohl wir dies beanstandet hatten.
