The holiday home, built in 1965 and renovated in 2014, is furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and a Hollywood swing. Pets up to a maximum of 30 cm are allowed.

On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with TV. You have access to the 6 sqm terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (2 burners), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday house is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday house BAL FEN 061 (4 persons) is also located on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
