About this villa rental
The Ani&Tina Villa has 5 bedrooms with king sized beds. Matrasses are top quality, so you can be sure to have a proper rest.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a large en-suite bathroom with a tub. Four bedrooms and two smaller bathrooms with showers are located on the first floor.
Ground floor has a spacious, super equipped kitchen with a large, American-style fridge. Kitchen, dining area and living room are connected into one large entertaining area. There is a small toilet with washing machine on the ground floor as well.
Another kitchen and dining area is located in the basement, suitable for wine tastings.
Guests can relax in four chill out areas around the house: balcony on the top floor, huge terrace in front of the house or under the pine trees in the lower part of the garden. Biggest chill out area is around the pool on the deck chairs.
Barbeque is located in the garden so guests can prepare and enjoy delicious meals al fresco.
Villa Ani&Tina is located in the center of the old village Tučepi at the entrance of National Park Biokovo (hiking trails pass by the villa), overlooking the Adriatic. It`s located on the ideal spot on Makarska Riviera, offering opportunities to relax, do sports, explore the coast or hinterland. The area around the villa offers fine dining, with a couple of great restaurants in the walking distance from the villa.

We had a lovely two week stay. There were 10 of us in total and the villa is plenty big enough and feels very spacious and is very clean and well equipped. We asked when we booked if could ensure enough sun beds for everyone and the owner was pleased to assist and bought extra sun beds which was very much appreciated. Swimming pool is lovely and pool area very spacious. You definitely need to have a car as villa about 10 mins from Makarska centre which is lovely with many nice restaurants. We also drove to a couple of beaches also Split and Dubrovnik. We also visited Krka National Park which is stunning and well worth a visit, very busy in the morning but quietens down in the afternoon.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, Croatia is gorgeous and would definitely go back.

Villa Ani & Tina is a fantastic property, nestled in the mountains about 10 mins drive from the attractive resort of Makaska. It is not obvious from a lot of the photographs but as well as the mountains in the hinterland the property looks out over the the Adriatic to the islands of Hvar and Brac and the view is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. Everything about this property is first class, from the location, to the size of the house and gardens and the pool. The house was spotless and there was plenty of room, cutlery, crockery, seating and sunbeds etc. for the 10 of us. The communication with Adrijana and Petra was very easy and they made us feel very welcome and made sure we had all we needed. The property is in the small village of Gornje Tucepi, which has three restaurants within a few minutes walk from the house where you can get a good meal and a cold beer when no one feels like driving down to the town - also at the foot of the road to Makaska there are a couple of supermarkets conveniently placed for stocking up on supplies. We had a fantastic time staying here and would not hesitate recommending it to others - 10 out of 10!
