Our family of 5 enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this appartment location is lovely in a quiet neighbourhood easy access to bus routes /local shops for all essentials. Everyrhing you would need for home away from home.. It would be nice to have an outside area for use and upstairs neighbours can be noisy but overall would highly recommend staying here.

This suite is located in the basement of a house. We found it to be very spacious. The property can easily accommodate 7 or 8, although we were a party of 9 (6 adults and 3 children). We knew before we got there that someone would have to sleep on the couch, and we were fine with that. The space was fully stocked for our convenience, and the manager/owner was very prompt with responding to our inquiries. The property was in a very nice neighbourhood and centrally located in the west side of Vancouver. Although there is a cement covered back yard, it is not available for use so as not to disturb the neighbours. Also, be aware that there is a suite above that is also available for rent. The group above us at times walked around in shoes on the hardwood floor which was a little noisy, but other than that, we couldn't hear them and they didn't bother us. Overall, we had a great stay!
