Lovingly renovated fisherman's house by the sea

Nice and quiet area with proximity to the beach and town. Cozy garden with extra plus for the bouncer. Genuine and nice family home that provided the conditions for a nice holiday.

Overall, our vacation at Ystad-Balkåkra was great and the house was a nice place to stay. In combination with the really good weather, we enjoyed the garden, could use the bikes for trips to the beach nearby etc. Although some of the inventory and rooms were a bit damp (high humidity) and some doors pretty narrow/low (I had to learn not hitting my head ;)), it was great for staying as a family and enjoying both the time in the house as well as outside. Also the information material, equipment (games, kitchen etc.) and overall inventory was full of hospitality and family-friendliness. The area nearby with other villages, houses and woods is very nice, however, we missed a bit paths for walking/hiking/running: the only option is to use the side of the streets, which became a bit challenging to be safely seen (hilly area and partly busy traffic). To go by car and/or bike to pedestrian paths along the coast or in Ystad city etc. was then often the better alternative; esp. for the rest of the family. Finally, the overall organization (initial contact, information before, clarification of details after departure etc.) was excellent: on the spot, very helpful and friendly. Thanks again!!

Liebevoll gestaltetes Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebnung.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und behutsam renoviertes, charaktervolles Feriendomizil für alle, die im Urlaub Entschleunigung suchen. Ruhige, meernahe Lage. Großer Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Sonnenplätzen. Solide, leistungsfähige Fahrräder vor Ort, mit denen alle notwendigen Besorgungen und Ausflüge in das interessante (auch städtische) Umland problemlos zu bewältigen sind. Das Ferienhaus wird von den Eigentümern auch privat genutzt, was sich absolut positiv auf die Wohnlichkeit und behagliche Atmosphäre des Objekts auswirkt. Ein Geheimtipp, den man am liebsten für sich behalten würde.
