Enjoy this beautiful maintained Villa located just 10 minutes south of Punta de Mita and 35 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta airport. The casa sits in the boutique guarded gated community of “La Playa Estates”, on one of the most pristine white sand walking beaches and known for its surf break, in all of Punta Mita. Sitting high on the bluff, the casa offers spectacular sweeping ocean and mountain views. Just steps away from the casa is the private community beach club, which features a large infinite pool overlooking the beach, with large dining tables comfortable beach and pool chair, restrooms and shower facilities. The white sands beach is perfect for the entire family; a long walking beach, a sand bottom ocean with a wave break for boogie boards and just a short walk away one of the known surf breaks.
Sitting on a double lot, the home is a stunning mixture of modern architecture with a casual elegant traditional Mexican décor on the interior. The casa features a large deck on the main floor, its own private pool and landscaped backyard, as well as roof deck featuring another lounging area with a Jacuzzi sunset view / ocean view. The main casa offers 4 bedrooms, large gourmet kitchen and dining area, living room, and family (tv/cable) play area. La Playa Estates amenities, which includes beach club, tennis court & pickleball court, and gym. The backyard has private pool, covered outside dining/lounging palapa area, sand court for cornhole, ping pong etc. There is a detached casita that is private and contains a small kitchen. The master bedroom features sweeping views, palapa covered private terrace and both an indoor and outdoor shower. The main floor features living room, kitchen and dining room, main ocean viewing palapa covered terrace and a main bedroom. Lower level has two bedrooms (queen and two twins), with family play room and private bath, and access to exterior pool and outside shower. The top level features, large unobstructed ocean views, sitting area and Jacuzzi. Fully furnished equipped kitchen and dining room, with luxurious furniture, marble floors and decorator touches, washer/dryer, beach towels and toys, DSL and Vonage to stay connected.

The hidden jewel is located on Playa Destiladeras which is considered to the be one of the top beaches in the PV and surrounding areas, yet you are less than 10 minutes from the towns of Punta Mita and La Cruz, 20 minutes to Salialitto and only 40 minutes from the airport.
Concierge service provided includes pre-arrival shopping. Additional services are available, including a private chef and recreational arrangements (surfing adventure, zip lining etc.).

We had our annual family vacation at Dana and Craig's property and it was our best yet! The ages ranged from 18 months old to 80 years old and everyone had the best time! The home is welcoming and have everything you need for a great trip. Its a short walk (or golf cart ride) to the beautiful beach. Dana suggested wonderful dinners out and Chelo made delicious breakfasts and lunches that the whole family enjoyed. Highly recommend!

We (group of 7, ages 5-74) stayed for seven nights and didn’t want to leave! The home was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The homeowners were in touch throughout and easy to communicate with. The house keepers were incredible! If we weren’t at the beach or the beach club pool, we were lounging in the big yard, sitting at the home’s private pool or on the comfortable second floor balcony with an ocean view. Can’t wait to go back someday!

My family (kids 10 and 12), my mother (80 years old) and my sister's family (kids 17, 20, and 24) stayed at this house for a week. It was the best house we have ever stayed at-and we have had a lot of lake and beach rentals over the years. This was perfect for families and would also work well for friends/groups of friends. The pictures don't do the house justice. Chello and Nora are lovely-they come daily to cook and clean. They prepare both breakfast and lunch and clean everything. We didn't do dishes or sweep or make a bed for the week. Having them prepare meals twice a day was amazing. The food was fantastic! Nora was particularly lovely and noticed my son's teddy bear had a hole and the stuffing was coming out. She sewed it up one day and didn't even tell us. They do not speak English well but we used the google translate to communicate. The owner/host Dana was more communicative than any other host we have experienced. She called me prior to the trip to run through possible sleeping arrangements and what to expect. She called a few times during the trip to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
The walk to the beach club pool/beach was maybe 5 minutes. They also have a couple golf carts which was nice for when my mom did not want to walk.
It really is the perfect house-we will come back in the future.

We stayed here last fall and the home is a perfect mix of sun/sand, tourism, and relaxation. Close enough to Puerto Vallarta(30 minutes) to enjoy all the city has to offer but far enough away to get away from the tourist scene. Next to Punta Mita so we could golf every day.
Small community, very little traffic. Quiet at night.
The best part is the beach - almost a totally private beach with very little tourist traffic and good surfing. If you want lots of noise this place is not for you.
Very nice staff, kept the place spotless. Close to La Cruz for some very good local dining without heading into PV.
