About this house rental
The lovingly furnished holiday home has a living space of 100 m2 and offers space for
2 - 5 people. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and an open kitchen with a dining area. The living room is connected to the terrace, a charcoal grill is available for nice barbecues.
In addition, a travel cot and high chair are available for you on request.
The bathroom with shower and bathtub is bright and spacious. The house is barrier-free.
Werder Havel is a recognized resort and is a wonderful holiday destination for long walks or bike rides. At the nearby Großer Plessower See there is a family-friendly bathing beach with a beautiful lawn - 3 minutes walk from the house!
The house and the garden as well as the surrounding area offer plenty of space for activities and attract those seeking tranquility in autumn and winter.
Here you can enjoy relaxing weekends or holidays in beautiful nature and if you feel like it, you can be in Potsdam in twenty minutes, the royal seat of the kings of Prussia is always worth a trip, or in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Berlin.
Werder has a regional train connection, without changing you are in about 35 minutes in the hustle and bustle of the capital at Berlin Central Station.
Our house is located in a quiet and idyllic residential area just 1 minute from the city forest. The property is not completely fenced, dog owners should pay attention to it.
The house has space for at least four people. The place of residence has various supermarkets, bakers, butchers, hairdressers, physiotherapy etc. We also have two parking spaces on the property.
The price includes one-off p. Person towels and bed linen.
Dear guests between November 2019 and August 2020, the main access road to the service road in which the holiday home is located will be expanded. Access restrictions and, depending on the construction phase, building noises are to be expected.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, groß, hübsch eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Gebiet mit Einfamilienhäusern inmitten von viel Grün. Der See ist zu Fuß erreichbar, was günstig ist, da die Parkmöglichkeiten dort eingeschränkt sind.
Uns hat es ehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern einmal wieder.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Ankommen und wohlfühlen!
Von der Betreuung durch die absolut vorbildlichen Vermieter, bis hin zu den unglaublich vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, die diese Region bietet. Da ist auf alle Fälle für jeden das Richtige dabei. Werder ist ein sehr hübscher Ort und durch die Nähe zu Potsdam oder Berlin, und die völlig problemlose, schnelle Erreichbarkeit, ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge.
Für Musikliebhaber: bis zur Berliner Waldbühne ist es mit dem ÖPNV gerade mal eine knappe Stunde von Werder Hbf!!
Unser Fazit, wenn man einen Urlaub machen möchte, der die Vorzüge von herrlicher Natur, unzähliger Seen und Städte-Sightseeing perfekt vereint, ist Werder und das super Ferienhaus einfach perfekt. Wir waren total begeistert! Ganz herzliche Grüße zum Plessower See :)
