About this villa rental
A private home with full resort privileges, right at the gates of Zion. Check in at Flanigan's Resort, and the pool, hot tub, Deep Canyon Spa, Spotted Dog and hilltop labyrinth are all yours, steps from your door. No shared walls, just red-rock cliffs filling the windows. Walk 10 minutes to the park entrance and shuttle and leave the car parked all week.
THE HOME
A 1,450 sq ft standalone home on two levels, set on the historic Flanigan farm at the mouth of Zion Canyon. High ceilings and big picture windows frame the cliffs, and the walls are hung with original Southwestern art from local painters.
SLEEPING (sleeps 6)
- Upstairs king suite on its own level, with a private bath, walk-in shower and bidet seat
- Downstairs twin room with two XL twins and a full bath next door, great for kids, friends or a second couple
- Pull-out sofa in the living room for one or two more

GETTING AROUND
About a 10-minute walk to the Zion entrance and park shuttle, so you skip the morning parking scramble. The free Springdale shuttle stops nearby for shops, galleries and cafes. St. George airport is about an hour's drive.
ARRIVAL
Arriving is easy: check in at Flanigan's Resort at 450 Zion Park Blvd, and your villa is just steps away at 425. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, so you can hike all day and settle in by sunset. Our team is right here at the resort for dinner reservations, spa bookings and trail tips.

We stayed here in June 2022 and couldn't have been more happy. There were 3 adults in our party and the size and layout worked great. The kitchen is well equipped, and the furnishings nice and comfortable. The view is nice in that you get a nice patch of green grass, and trees, and can see some of the towering bits of Zion as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This 2 BR vill was a truly lovely place to stay. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was well furbished with high quality and new everything- knives were new and sharp and good, glassware, dishes, etc. All linens were spotless and new and best quality. The windows from every room look out on the beautiful scenery. My husband remarked that the bed was the most comfortable bed he has slept in. The gas fireplace was cool. But our favorite item was the fancy toilet with warmed seat and multi-function bidet with many buttons and settings.
The Zion Visotor's Center is a 10 minute walk. The shuttle to Zion NP stops in from of the villa. Flannigan's is directly across the street and we used the hot tub and had it to ourselves. We ate dinner at The Spotted Dog 3 nights and the food was excellent. We did not make reservations, but when there was a wait they gave us a buzzer and we just walked back to the villa until the table was ready.

The villa is in the perfect location with easy access to Zion National Park (7 minute walk to the entrance and Zion shuttle bus) and restaurants and stores of Springdale. Lots of room for our family of 5, well stocked with everything you might need (including a kitchen sponge and laundry and dish detergent.) beautiful setting with very nice pool and hot tub. Would love to come back for a longer stay!

Clean, comfortable house with nice views of the mountains from most windows. Great location! Very close to Zion National Park. We definitely plan a return visit.
