About this apartment rental
The 82 square meter apartment on the upper floor of our own home is equipped as follows:
Composed of living room with upholstered furniture, wall unit with LCD TV with satellite connection.
Dining area with large table and seating for four people, stereo with CD player, WLAN.
New white built-in kitchen with dishwasher, built-in refrigerator with 3 * freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwelle.
Further available are coffee machine, toaster and water cooker, dishes, glasses and other kitchen helpers.
Bedroom 1 with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 with two single beds and a wardrobe.
In the newly renovated bathroom with daylight are the sink, mirror, bathtub, shower and toilet.
The 18 sqm balcony is equipped with table, chairs and two sun beds.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and is not suitable for disabled because of the location on the upper floor.
Rental is all year. Arrival by appointment. Parking on the street in front of the house.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and has a very convenient traffic connection. The tram reached
You in about 4-5 minutes and then has a direct connection to Kassel. The center of the city center can be reached
In about 20 minutes. The same connection leads directly to the Wilhelmshöhe mountain park (World Cultural Heritage) in about 40 minutes.

Unglaublich gut. Wohnung war sehr komplett. Ein schönes Bett mit verschiedenen Kissen, hart und weich, viele Handtücher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen und Mikrowelle. Möglichkeit, Fahrräder in der Garage abzustellen, großer Fernseher, WLAN, großer Balkon und sehr freundliche Besitzer. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ein paar hundert Meter vom ÖPNV entfernt.
Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für den sehr freundlichen Empfang! Es war insgesamt ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.
