Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung. Besonders das neu renovierte Wohnzimmer hat uns überzeugt. Das Sofa ist gross genug und lädt zum Faulenzen ein. Uns hat die Nähe zum Strand gut gefallen. Ferner war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Objekt hat eine super tolle Lage ist aber leider überhaupt nicht kindgerecht (u.a. keine Steckdosensicherung, Fernseher auf Kinder-Schulterhöhe,...). Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bitte nicht unterm Sofa nachschauen. Als Handwerkerunterkunft okay, aber für Familien nicht empfehlenswert.

Leider gab es anfangs Probleme mit dem Schlüssel. Der Vermieter hat sich jedoch sofort gekümmert. Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, jedoch Schimmel im Bad, sehr durchgelegene und knartzende Betten. Kein erholsamer Schlaf möglich. Die Wohnung wirkt alt und etwas lieblos.

Sehr schönes Objekt, sehr gute Lage, Kritik kann man lediglich an der Ausstattung (kein Geschirrspüler und kein Backofen) sowie an der Sauberkeit bei Übergabe (besenrein, nicht gewischt) üben. Vermieter war sehr bemüht, etwaige Mängel sofort abzustellen.

Schöne FeWo in toller Lage. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ins Umland. Gemütlich eingerichtet, mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern (WC-Papierhalter schon ewig unbrauchbar, Küchenoberschrank: Scharnier ausgerissen, Feuermelder im SZ ohne Batterie) In der Fernbedienung im WZ haben wir die Batterie ausgetauscht. Allgemein wäre ein Backofen und ein kleiner Geschirrspüler noch toll gewesen, aber für einen Kurzurlaub würden wir sicher gerne wieder kommen :)

Die FeWo ist super gelegen und gemütlich... Aber bei der Ankunft war die FeWo nicht gereinigt und kein Wäschepaket vorhanden. Nach dem Telefonat mit dem Vermieter klappte dann fast alles. Ziemlich spät konnten wir die Whg beziehen, nur leider, war die Wohnung nicht ordentlich gereinigt worden. Aber ansonsten Top-Wohnung, in Top Lage.

1.Kontaktperson für die Schlüsselübergabe ist seid ca.1 Jahr nicht mehr zuständig.(steht immernoch im Inserat) 2.keine Waschmaschiene vorhanden so wie im inserat beschrieben.schlecht wenn man dann nur wenige Sachen mitnimmt... 3.der defekte Toilettenpapierhalter steht auch schon ne weile in den Bewertungen. 4.das quitschen der Betten ist auch sehr heftig. Wir sind schon öfter in der Boje Wohnanlage gewesen ,aber das fanden wir echt grenzwertig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass auf überflüssige Deko wie Stoffblumen verzichtet wurde. Man könnte mal in einen neuen Besen investieren und in eine Batterie für die Wanduhr. Wir hatten eine gute und erholsame Zeit, man kann auch sehr viel unternehmen rund um Schillig.

Einiges war kaputt: Fliesen an der Duschwanne, Toilettenpapierhalter fiel ständig ab, Terrassentür konnte nicht gekippt werden, die Mikrowelle öffnet sich erst nach mehreren Versuchen... Besonders gründlich gereinigt war die Wohnung leider auch nicht. Neben viel Dreck und Wollmäusen haben unsere Kids etliche Dinge unter dem Sofa gefunden, die sich dort im Laufe der Zeit angesammelt hatten. Man sollte in der Küche auch besser nicht unter die Sitzpolster der Stühle schauen! Töpfe und Pfannen waren leider auch nicht richtig sauber. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr einfach ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind ziemlich weich/durchgelegen, das Doppelbett knartscht bei jeder Bewegung. Toll ist allerdings die Lage - man ist ruckzuck am Strand und am Supermarkt. Auch die Wohnanlage macht einen guten Eindruck. Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, ist auch wirklich sehr schön! Insgesamt für den Preis noch okay.

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder für ein Wochenende. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Ich finde es nicht schlimm das es keine Spülmaschine gibt, ein Backofen wäre ganz nett ist aber auch ohne machbar. Das Elternbett quietscht ganz schön wenn man sich umdreht ist aber sehr bequem. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen.

Hier gibt es einige Dinge die ich zu bemängeln haben. Es geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht, das eine Wohnung ohne W-Lan vermietet wird. Noch nicht einmal ein Telefon war in der Wohnung. Dann war nicht ein einziges Prospekt von der nahen Umgebung vorhanden ( dies gehört ohne jeden Zweifel dazu ). Meiner Meinung nach fehlten auch die versch. Öffnungszeiten ( anhand eines Gästeverzeichnis ) der Geschäfte vor Ort. Was ich auch nicht OK finde ist, das man für Bettzeug und Handtücher extra 30 Euro zahlen muss. Und die Endreinigung war bisher in jeder der von mir gemieteten Ferienwohnung inkl. Versch. Teile vom Geschirr waren auch nicht sehr sauber.

So wirklich neu kann man die Einrichtung nicht nennen. Durchgelegene Betten, mehrere platt gehauen Mücken an der Zimmerdecke und eine Türklinke in der Wohnzimmertür welche häufig dazu tendierte, bald ihren vorgesehenen Platz zu verlassen. Die Endreinigung der vorvermietung hätte gerne umfassender sein können. Wohnung ist recht zentral gelegen.Jedoch weder Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine und Backofen vorhanden.
