Ground Floor

The main entrance to Villa Amàre leads to a large open hallway, beautifully decorated with wooden floors and calm Mediterranean colors. From the hall you enter the spacious modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining area and entrance to the generous living room.



The living room can also be entered via the hallway. It features two large comfortable sofas and two arm chairs, a couple of coffee tables, large TV and a modern fireplace. Along the length of the living room run sliding doors that lead out to the beautiful gardens, out door kitchen and the pool area.



From the kitchen there is also access to the utility room, complete with washer/dryer and ironing area.



On the ground floor, just a few steps up from the hallway, is another hallway that leads to two bedrooms sharing a spacious bathroom with double washbasins and a full bath. Both bedrooms lead out to the garden area and have built-in wardrobes.In addition to the spacious bathroom is another guest toilet.



At the end of the hallway is a large ensuite bedroom that leads out to the garden. This room has an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower, toilet and sink.



First Floor

The top floor is taken up completely by a stunning luxury master ensuite with large walk in shower, double washbasins, bidet, a private terrace with seas views. There is also a connecting study that offers two twin beds, ideal for parents with small children.

Bedroom 1 – Master suite, large 200cm x 200cm bed, built in wardrobes, desk, private terrace with sea views and ensuite bathroom.



Bedroom 2 - Double sofa bed, connecting to the master suite.

Bedroom 4 - Custom built bunk beds for up to 4 people, built in wardrobe, desk and access to the garden.



Bedroom 5 - Twin /Double bed* with built in wardrobes, access to the garden and ensuite.



*Bedrooms 3 and 5 can be made up as twin beds or a double with a topper (180 x 200 cm)



Outside Space

The gardens and terraces of Villa Amàre are exceptional. The extensive gardens are lush, well maintained and planted with large palms and other Mediterranean plants. There is a very spacious play area for the children with amenities consisting of a huge trampoline area, basketball practice, two football goals, a swing and a children’s playground. There is also a pool table and Foosball for the adults!



The centre piece of the outside space is without doubt the impressive 12m x 6m swimming pool and fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a big BBQ, lounge area, large TV and dining table for all to enjoy al-fresco dining on warm Mediterranean evenings.



There is an additional large dining table and chill-out area leading directly out from the living room.The garden and pool area have plenty of sun loungers and other seating under the covered terraces to help pass the time on a relaxing holiday.



There is off-street parking for one car and plenty of on street free parking. The villa is conveniently located to access the beaches and town of Sitges either on foot or by bicycle.



The nearest airport is Barcelona - 25 minutes by taxi - 35 minutes by train. Reus Airport is 55 minutes by car or Girona is 90 minutes by car. A local supermarket is just a few minutes walk away.
