O imóvel atende todos os requisitos para uma boa estadia : Localização , wi fi , limpeza , conservação , garagem , Discovery Kids , utensílios , ar condicionado...
Tive o prazer de conhecer o Cláudio e esposa , pessoas do bem e simpáticas .
O que não consta nas fotos é que ao abrir a janela a paisagem panorâmica e a brisa invadem o flat de forma abundante e aprazível.
Já fiquei hospedado nos 03 imóveis administrados pelo Cláudio e em todos a negociação foi rápida e segura e com o mesmo padrão de qualidade !

Flat aconchegante, limpo, bem localizado, próximo a padarias, bancos, restaurantes, lanchonetes, mercados, shopping e, principalmente, da praia!
O imóvel tem tudo o que precisa para uma estadia tranquila: piscina, estacionamento, wifi, eletrodomésticos e acessórios para preparar refeições, ar condicionado...
O Cláudio e sua esposa, que são os proprietários, são muito atenciosos, simpáticos e prestativos.
Já é a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no mesmo imóvel, recomendo muito!
