About this house rental
Detached house in the immediate vicinity of the forest, in a quiet location in a little traffic side street of the climatic health resort Hohegeiß at the end of the village. The ground floor, about 55 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: a living room with TV and couch; a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, each with 1 sink. In bedroom 1 there is a Franz. Bed, radio, dressing table and 1 closet, in bedroom 2 a double bed 2 closets and 2 chests of drawers, 1 flat screen TV, radio and in bedroom 3 two large single beds, radio and small TV. Secure WiFi is available in the house.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and a Weber charcoal grill is available. The property is not completely fenced and the huge meadow offers enough space for fun and games. In winter, the illuminated trail runs around 100 meters in front of the house. Access to the Hohe Geiß alpine ski center is also nearby.

Das Haus hat eine riesige Wiese, auf der man wunderbar spielen kann. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Tante-Emma-Laden hatte sogar an den Feiertagen offen und frische Brötchen. Für größere Einkäufe muss man 12 min. nach Braunlage oder zu NP nach Bennickenstein fahren.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, war sauber und in der Küche gab es mehr Geräte und Vorräte als bei mir zu Hause. In der Garage gibt es einen Grill und sogar eine Tischtennisplatte. Immer wieder gerne. Nur das Bad inkl. Dusche ist sehr klein. Das sollte man mit 6 Personen gut absprechen.

Der Empfang war der freundlich. Wir sind mit 4 Kindern angereist und hatten ausreichend Platz und Angebote (Bücher/Spiele) um uns auch die Zeit an den Regentagen zu vertreiben. Das Badezimmer ist zwar klein aber wir fanden es super, dass jedes der drei Schlafzimmer Waschbecken mit Spiegel/Spiegelschrank hat. Somit war auch das tägliche Fertig machen entzerrt.
Die üppig ausgestattete Küche hat uns ebenso gut gefallen.
Das Highlight ist die sehr schöne Aussicht .
Wir können es ganz klar empfehlen und werden auch wieder kommen.
