The spacious inverted floor plan features two ocean side master suites, lower and upper separate controlled central air conditioning, large kitchen with more than enough counter space and kitchen cabinets for storage, hardwood floor and carpeting, large dining area and stainless steel appliances, 2 full size refrigerators, washer/dryer, 4 flat screen TVs, 2 DVDs, WiFi Internet, Gas Grill, screened in porch, 2 decks and 2 outside showers with a foot wash at the front door. Two water heaters insure plenty of hot water for everyone. Enough parking for 6 cars, No pets are allowed, no smoking allowed, No Candles and Fireplace is not for tenant use!

Home was a great location.wish it had been cleaner. No sheets for extra beds not listed in information. Bedding a bit worn out! No enough pillows. Not enough family space..den listed was a hallway!!!

We have rented in Bethany before so knew to expect the poor-quality sheets and towels supplied by the rental agency, but there was no excuse for the poor cleaning job. The kitchen had greasy dust on the lights over the island, a grungy microwave and fridge water dispenser covered with fingerprints. The insides of the cabinets were a disaster, with pots serving dishes thrown about randomly, and crumbs in the drawers. The bathroom counters had makeup residue on them. I know it’s difficult to find workers these days, but if a house is advertised as COVID clean, it sets high expectations. Additionally, the pillows were awful quality and there were no extra linens (including for the cots and the fold-outs). On the positive side, the house is nicely laid out, with sufficient baths for the bedrooms and the location is good.
