About this house rental
38 km north-east of Hämeenlinna, L.Iso-Roinevesi 30 m (length 7 km, width 5 km), shallow, hard sand bottom, own boat.
Log cottage 1998, living room/ kitchen, upstairs 2 sleeping alcoves (with a door) 2 beds in each, upstairs hall double bed + crib, dressing room, shower, sauna, open porch.
By a separate agreement possibility to rent a hot tub (heated by wood) on wheels. It would be good to book it well in advance in order to make sure that the tub is available.
In the cottage there is a air source heat pump.

Sehr schöne Lage, Basis ausgestattet, Holzsauna, schöner Kamin, ausreichend Platz im Haus und Grundstück für Familie mit 2 Kindern, kein Internet (Vorteil ohne Kinder), zwei kleine Sandstrände, hier und da sollte modernisiert werden, Preis/Leistung fair

Schöne Lage, direkt an einem größeren See, eigener Steg und Ruderboot, sehr gut geeignet zum Schwimmen und Angeln. Haus mit toller Ausdtattung (Sauna, Kamin, Spülmaschiene, Gasgrill), großer Garten.

Das Mökkli liegt ruhig mitten auf einer kleinen Lichtung. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gut für Familien auch mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, da es auch einen Kinderhochsitz und ein Gitterbettchen hat. Einzig die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist ein wenig steil. Das Ruderboot ist ein Highlight und es sind auch für Kinder Schwimmwesten vorhanden. Ebenso hat es einige wenige Spielsachen für draussen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt c.a. 15 km entfernt in Hauho. Ohne Auto ist man daher aufgeschmissen. Tampere und Hämeenlinna sind beide eine knappe Stunde vom Mökki entfernt. Die Übergabe verlief unkompliziert, allerdings sind die Vermieter nicht immer erreichbar. Das Mökki war einigermassen sauber und ist sehr schön eingerichtet.
