J8 is a short walk to the Coconut Market Place for an awesome market, restaurants, and shops. the condo is cute, clean, and well stocked with plenty of linens and beach necessities. AC works great! J8 sits right at the walking path and is a short walk to the water. this is not a swimming beach, nice for walks and beautiful sunrises. Even being on the path, never had a bit of noise. Washer & dryer on site, for a small fee. Garden Island was always quick to answer questions, they are a pleasure to work with. Convenient to drive to the North and South shores for the day! I have to say everything was perfect.

I had been staying at this property two times previously. The condo was clean and in good conditions. I had not expected the wall obstructing the view and the direct access to the beach; more attention should be given to describe the new situation to customers as it is exactly.
The condo is advertised as hosting up to 4 people, offering a king bed and a queen sofa bed; on arrival I was told that the sofa bed would not be made for us, as explicitly agreed on the phone at booking, but I would be given a set of sheets, and the task left to me. I find this process inaccurate and the behavior unprofessional.
